Richmond, Virginia Chapter of SCORE is part of a national nonprofit association dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nations small business.

Richmond SCORE provides free and confidential business counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. Also the Richmond SCORE Chapter offers workshops, for a modest fee, for both start-up entrepreneurs and in-business small business owners.

SCORE volunteers are real-world professionals (see our monthly featured counselor below) with time-tested knowledge who donate thousands of hours to help small businesses succeed. Counselors are experts in such areas as accounting, finance, marketing, management, international, manufacturing and business plan preparation just to name a few.

The Richmond Chapter is comprised of over 25 plus volunteers that provide guidance and counseling to entrepreneurs in a multiple county area in the Richmond Metropolitan area and Fredericksburg Virginia. Meet the Richmond SCORE Members

The Richmond Chapter of SCORE was founded in 1966 making it one of the oldest continuous operating chapters in the national SCORE organization. The counselors of Richmond SCORE are experienced business owners and managers who volunteer their experience and knowledge to help small business owners and potential small business owners achieve success.

Client service is the objective of Richmond SCORE and the volunteers are dedicated to providing the best possible service. Face-to-face, online or in our workshops, the counselors of Richmond SCORE are able and willing to aid in the success of small business.
